Shipanther has the following personas

Back office user

Manages all artifacts for the business. Responsible for keeping track of shipments, their arrival from different carriers and then the assignment to drivers for delivery at customer locations. Manages orders for the customer.

Driver

Gets notified when a new shipment is assigned for pickup with the time and address for delivery. Adds a proof of delivery. The interactions with the app should be really simple and hassle free.

Customer

  • Can create orders and track their status. See proof of delivery for shipment.

Admin

Looks at the overall stats for the business, alerted of any any critical business flows like multiple deliveries being missed in a day. Manages the back-office users.
