Configuration for a Docker container the foundation for building a KaBOB Knowledge Base Of Biology.
This container is capable of downloading and processing various biomedical databases to produce the RDF that is the seed for KaBOB. For setting up an instance of KaBOB and pairing the container described in this project with a triple store, see the kabob.app project.
