  • AFAIK, this recipe is directly relevant to the biological sciences (otherwise, please submit to the more general purpose conda-forge channel).
  • This PR updates an existing recipe.

vienna package change now in separate PR #13536 to be resolved first

@bgruening seems there is some linting error with a package gdsctools not touched by this recipe (same in #13490 )... any idea?

@bioconda/core seems a broken package got into the "to lint" list and thus blocks the linting of other PRs (see above)

anything that can be done about it?

I have opened a rebased version of the gdsctools package PR at #13558
