Pinging @daler

Also, I have followed the instructions here:
http://bioconda.github.io/contribute-a-recipe.html#build-an-isolated-conda-installation-with-dependencies

and the bioconda-utils is not available after the installation finishes. What could be wrong?

It's in the isolated environment, so using the paths in that example it would be installed in /tmp/miniconda/bin/bioconda-utils

While you have a docs PR open here, would you mind updating that section of the docs as well? I can get to it later today otherwise.

Sure, done.

- install ``bioconda-utils`` and its dependencies into that installation
- install ``bioconda-utils`` and its dependencies into that installation. Please
note that you need to use ``/tmp/miniconda/bin/bioconda-utils`` to run the
command.

simulate-travis.py takes care of running it from within the isolated environment; you need that full path only if running bioconda-utils outside the context of simulate-travis.py

Absolutely right, sorry. Reverted.

@sebastian-luna-valero I only just now realized this PR is to bioconda.github.io. The docs are built with sphinx in bioconda-utils. I added your changes and made some more in bioconda/bioconda-utils#174.

Thanks for these changes, and if there's anything else you think we need, please add to bioconda/bioconda-utils#174.
