code is all fixed. but I can't update shiny atm, because it doesn't support R 3.1.2 yet :(

I'll see how hard it is to downgrade soon.

No worries about 3.1.2 since it's still beta :) The minimum requirement is 3.1.0 based on line 11 of the DESCRIPTION file.
