OSX and linux are already taken care of, via travis-ci. We still need windows, probably via appveyor (see here).

I work on Windows 7 so I would love this set up. I imagine that one of the biocore members would have to register the account...

You might be interested in https://github.com/conda-forge/staged-recipes, which does precisely this (though Linux building is done with CircleCI, rather than travis).
