Read MSA size & data source for append_db function in Snakemake #48

snakemake_helpers.append_db function should also add MSA size information.
This info needs to be retrieved from 1 level above (e.g. in 02-split_PDB needs to read from 01-search_PDB) in the results-generation pipeline.
snakemake_helpers.msa_size function needs to be modified to reflect that.

include data source information in microprot_db.index, e.g. MICROPROT_OUT directory
