Fix #186
Adds logout link to all the jinja2 templates. Fixes spacing on several pages as well. This PR is branched from #207, so hold off on merging until that one goes in.
The logout link is pretty ugly - we may want to make an issue to design a proper profile card or a set of menu items for login/logout.
