In the future, Snomed CT and LOINC will be more closely connected as a result of the LOINC and SNOMED CT Interoperability Solution. Therefore in the future, it will be possible to also handle LOINC ontology terms with the already supported Snomed CT ontology (#291 )
Consequently, the efforts to directly test/support the LOINC ontology from https://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/LOINC have been postponed.
