Create full ETL for RDF type output

PR Rdf output adapter created an adapter to output the graph in xml, ttl, json-ld etc.
The next step is to expand this framework so that the output files are automatically loaded in a triple-store like docker image to visualise the graph. It would then follow the same structure as the Neo4j output; there the graph is also automatically loaded into a docker/store.
