Bisq 1: Debug Reliability Issues	I patched Bisq so that the local regtest instances connect using Tor. Afterward, I started a trade between Alice and Bob to have a chat session. I sent 7000 messages to Bob, and 150 never arrived. James sent me three other scenarios that were reported by users. I'm rebuilding these.
Bisq 2: ZeroMQ Support	I implemented ZeroMQ support for transactions (in mempool, confirmed in block). I need to handle a few edge cases before it's ready.
