Use an icon for menu entries "Back In Time/Setup language" and "Help/Translation".
Accidentally discovered this icon in the "standard set". Depending on the theme use it is a pair of flags most of the time.
In my theme it is boring (black and green flag). But the search engine of my trust shows me other nice icons for the used icon name.
