I am not very familiar with the Linux
Every couple of weeks our bitnami silverstripe vm crashes with Out of memory error and kills php-fpm process.
Any help to diagnose the issue or the process consuming the memory? there is no swap file and ram size is 16GB

Thanks for the inputs. I could see php-fpm:pool running multiple processes and this is consuming all the memory. There are no attack logs. Any idea if this points to the some thing related to the web application? [image: image.png]

Sorry but I can't see the image. If it's reaching the limits (you can also obtain the number of PHP-FPM process by running the ps command), you will need to modify the memory settings in the /opt/bitnami/php/etc/memory.conf file and restart the service.
