- Makes it easy to point gift cards and bill pay to test.bitpay.com simply by enabling test mode
- Ensures "Enter Email" gift card screen falls within the safe area view on iOS
- Hides the "Pay all Bills" button if the only bills that have been connected are not yet payable
- Ensures custom bill flow only becomes available after user becomes verified in method
