Added a test:android command and android support for gen-tests as well as additions to the readme explaining how to setup the Android testing environment. NA
Added a blank array parameter to certain cordova.exec functions to satisfy the exec function requirements and prevent array.length undefined javascript error.
Adds config file setup, required permissions, and dependencies so that cordova can build the android project.
Created the QRScanner and CameraPreview classes. The majority of the methods are now functional, excluding the scan functions.
