There are number of Bitshares' users buy coins with all BTS and then withdraw the coins via gateway like openledger, Rudex & Gdex etc. Then only they notice Insufficient Funds for withdrawal because need some BTS.

This is common issue and we always see some users beg for 1 BTS in Telegram & Wechat groups. We can avoid this issue by alert users when they choose to use all their BTS to buy coins.

It's duplicate of this closed issue: #1412. @wmbutler I don't think we got a solution.
