Sections of the BSIP which require developer input

• Snapshot data inclusion in Bitshares network
  • How to include snapshot genesis data in blockchain (within many transactions, or alongside genesis.json when launching the full/witness nodes?)
• Claiming UIA token via importing external cryptocurrency private keys
  • Currently we can only redeem BTS (Core) assets on the BTS DEX by importing BTS0.9x private keys, what dev is required behind the scenes to support many types of private keys & enable UIA claim via key import.
• Need to pre-register sharedrop recipient accounts?
  • Do we need to pre-register an account for a sharedrop recipient, or can any account claim the sharedrop if they import the appropriate private keys?

TODO

• Proof of concept Bitcoin based altcoin snapshot (far less data to process than bitcoin).
• Detail steps to produce a provable Bitshares snapshot
• Get developer input on the above (and the BSIP as a whole)
• Talk about this during the next Bitshares hangout.
