My ex-blogging setup based around org-publish.
I am archiving this repository in favor of cl-ownpress. press.el uses org-publish-project to publish convert org-files, which is not very flexible. It also takes a lot of time to generate the blog, which can be annoying.
cl-ownpress builds on the same spirit as press.el, and extends it further. It allows
- using full power of Emacs to convert org files to HTML. So any elisp hacks you might have in place (e.g special org link types) are not lost
- exporting a subset of org-roam notes to blog posts
- interactive workflow thanks to it being written in common-lisp
- fast (well,faster than press.el, but speed isn’t a priority for now)
- very hackable (configuration is code, you take the pieces you want from cl-ownpress to build your own site; you can go as deep as you want, or just use a couple lines of lisp to build your site).
Please do check cl-ownpress out. I am leaving this repo here (in archived state) because it is linked to elsewhere on the web (e.g on my blog and Youtube), and might help someone in future.
