Steps To Reproduce

After sucessful login into Bitwarden Windows client.
I have an organization.

  1. Select the vault of the organization.
  2. Add a new item.
  3. Add a name.
  4. Save.

Expected Result

The collections should load on displaying the form when adding a new item.

Actual Result

I cannot save the new item because no collection is selected but no collections are selectable.

When I change the ownership to me and then back to the organization the collections load as expected.

WORKAROUND

I am experiencing the same issue. By clicking on another item, click +, click cancel. Then, click back on the item you want to add, click the + and the collections should show now. It might take a few times of doing that before it works. Temporary workaround of course.

Current workaround I'm using is to switch ownership to myself and then back to my organization, this is within the new item interface to be clear.
Then the collections load as expected and this works every time.
Seems like add item doesn't trigger loading collections, which the owner switch then does amongst apparently other workarounds.

Same issue here, the workaround between private/org populates the collection list.

  1. Click on an Organization Collection
  2. Click "+" to add an item
  3. Click "Save" - fails with "You must select at least one collection."
  4. Under "Collections" it says "There are no collections to list."
  5. Workaround: Change "Ownership" to myself, then change ownership back to the Org
  6. Collections now populate, and can be selected to save the item.

Experiencing this issue with Bitwarden for web on the DuckDuckGo Browser on macOS (Ventura).
In addition, the option to move an item to a different Organization has disappeared.

Adding my voice to this, issue has existed for us since about 2 weeks ago.
Workaround is as listed above, switch ownership of an item to a different object and back and this resolves it for the time being.
Most recent server and client version do not resolve the issue.
Persists across self-hosted company instance and my personal Bitwarden hosted instances both.

No issues with the web frontent, just the app. I prefer using the app as the menu's and scrolling is better than the web, so this bug is a bit of an annoying issue.

Any updates on when a fix is likely to be release?

Thanks
