Collection not available in insert new element from desktop app

Steps To Reproduce

1. From the desktop app, choose a collection and press (+) to add a new item
2. In the bottom the collection is not present (There are no collections to list)

NOTE - from the web interface it works!

Expected Result

I expect to see at least the collection I started with selected

Actual Result

the collection cannot be selected

This issue has been previously reported with #8258 and has been fixed. Please update to 2024.4.3 or higher.
