This CMS is made to be simple and flexible. There is no need for database installation, it works out of the box within the directoy tree it is in.
By default, the structure of the CMS is the same as the structure of the sub directories. For example, if you need to create a new page call "helloworld", simply create a directory "helloworld" with a "content.txt" file. That's it!
- Simplicity
- File caching
Before starting, you need to make sure that the folling is available:
- PHP (5+)
- PHP extenstions: php-json and php-xml
Simply go to the tools directory and run the command delploy, as this:
cd .ircms/tools/
./deploy.sh
Simply clone this repository to the root of www/
Add the following lines into the configuration file (/etc/lighttpd/lighttpd.conf):
server.modules = (
"mod_rewrite"
)
url.rewrite-once = ("^/(.*)" => "/index.php?path=$1")
The configuration is done within the file .ircms.php at the root of the directory. The following configuration items are available:
Set/unset debug mode. It will increase the verbosity and disable page optimization.
Set the directory of the cache. By default it is set to the root directory.
Cache validy in second, after this time, if not touched, the garbage collector will delete the entry.
Activate/deactivate admin section.
The root path of the data. By default it is set to the root directory.
Change the path of the theme. The theme is used for default pages such as 404 or the admin section.
Sets a custom routing script to the CMS. It takes into argument the path of the PHP script. Note, the should make use of the global variable $apps which is an instance of the class Routing in order to set its configuration.
For example, if you want to direct the page /hello to a specific script
define('IRCMS_CONF_ROUTING', "myCustomRoutingScript.php");
With myCustomRoutingScript.php containing the following:
<?php
$app->route(array("get"), "/hello", function($vars) {
echo "Hello World!";
});
?>
