[Camera Support]: Pelco D6230 PTZ #11087
-
Describe the problem you are havingHi, I have a Pelco D6230 PTZ camera. I've got it connected to Frigate to try out the autotracking system. The Frigate UI shows the PTZ controls but these don't move the camera. Zoom also doesn't work. I have tried to move camera to preset but this also doesn't work, but I don't think I've set that up correctly on the camera side. Version0.13.2-6476f8a Frigate config filecameras:

Can you enable debug logs in your config, restart Frigate, and paste the initial startup output here?

Debug log here. I also tried clicking the move/presets again.

I have Frigate installed via docker compose and accessed through nginx reverse proxy. I think I also have the same issue as #8056 which might be a websocket issue with the proxy? Live view doesn't work but debug view does. I've just tried to set up webrtc live view and am hitting this error in the go2rtc logs:

Yes it's definitely a proxy issue, accessing frigate directly and the PTZ controls work :) |
