Shapeshift, BCH, and ETH promises cannot resolve when on testnet and
didFetchTransactionsnever gets called. Send controller is watchingstatus.didLoadBalanceswhich gets set totrueindidFetchTransactions, so that's why testnet send was displaying spinners.
