Is it possible to change the path uploaded file directory ?

Hallo!
Please help me (giving some tips) how should I change the code (of new version of script) to change the path of uploaded file directory. I would like create new unical directory for each user. In demo version every user sends files to the same directory.
I know that there was no problem with it in an old version. But now this plugin blocks delete functionality when I change the path of uploaded files directroy. Where is my mistake? Maybe better way is change the name uploaded file???
Please HELP & SOS:) There is many issues about it but i can't find the answer.

Thank's for help, but this is the old version of script. It use DELETE method what does not work in my server. Maybe You know how should look modyfication of this script to use POST.

When I refresh the form , plugin shows double thumbnails. Please help me where is the problem.

I had multiple thumbnails because I had a parent folder with subfolders so the script was reading all files in the subfolders as well.
