Mostly the same as the master repository with the following changes:
hard-coded dirwatch delay of 40ms
hard-coded dirwatch mask of TG_#TG_#DATE_#TIME_#SYS_#HZ_#UNIT

This versions is nearly identical to the master repository. The main difference is that the dirwatch delay is forced to be 40ms vs the default of 2000ms. This is to prevent the playback from getting behind real-time.
