Efforts were made to establish effective communication within the team and ensure progress. Weekly meetings were set to discuss updates on each individual contribution and cooperate on common areas. A good balance of independent and group work was sought to enhance exchange of ideas and mutual learning.

Milestones were set at the beginning of the project through the Gantt Chart illustrated below, this accounting for the onset of possible delays. The illustrated timeline and job division was followed to a satisfactory extent.
