Build fix for finding correct headers

This release uses a portable solution for finding the R headers

This fixes an issue on 32-bit platforms where the ECOS definitions of ECOS_NAN and ECOS_INFINITY seem to cause problems. We include the R header (R.h) which provides R_PosInf and R_NaN that are documented by R-exts to be portable.
