stupid simple vagrant module

only works on Ubuntu Precise

does cool stuff:
- sets up apt source
- installs virtualbox
- install rubygems
- gem installs vagrant
word

Usage

puppet apply -e 'include vagrant'

or even more super awsomely, you can install the whole thing with one command!
