Updated the tabs 'More' button label to be translatable
Details
Added the data attribute "data-bolt-more-text" to the
tabs.twigtemplate to ensure the "More" label is translated in DrupalRelease notes
Added functionality to allow the tabs "More" label to be automatically translated with the uses of the
t()function
