Sudden change in absolute numbers of 'currently sick' around August, the 4th

Not sure if this is something you can actually alter, or if it's just in the data sets you use atm, but this seems to be an issue in quite a few sources then (see picture attached). Multiple, but not all countries are affected.

You mentioned in issue 50 in regards to french data that "the old official dashboard is not maintained anymore". So I thought maybe this is related and you'd like to know.

Unfortunately it's rendering this app almost unusable for me atm, because my main interest is the deviation of 'currently sick' to see trends (one month ahead of everyone else).

I will probably just remove both recovered/active cases since i've never thought those values to be very reliable anyway, please comment in #57 if you have other suggestions!
