Fixes using persian/arabic titles for meta data in cover manager.

This issue exists with any unicode characters, including Persian/Arabic characters. Currently one can't set the title of a cover (in cover manager) while adding a new cover. It's because hashing function does not work with all unicode characters and gives an error. |
