feat(docs): launch themes page with first BootstrapVue theme

This PR will uncomment all the commented links for the themes page and it will also add the first BootstrapVue theme made in collaboration with Creative Tim.

The PR fulfills these requirements:

• It's submitted to the dev branch, not the master branch

Not 100% related since it isn't from this PR, but looks like there's a typo on line 78 in the docs/pages/themes.vue file.
coustom components -> custom components.

Could you fix that? :)
