I am using python 3.8.13
I have pip installed doxysphinx and all other dependencies as mentioned in the link below

After all this, when I open command prompt and type "doxysphinx --help", I get the following message
'doxysphinx' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Can you please help me by pointing me in the right direction?

Solution:

Add doxysphinx.exe to the PATH
Start -> View Advanced System Settings -> Advance (Tab) -> Environment Variables -> (look for Variable) Path -> Edit -> New -> (enter path for doxysphinx.exe)

Most probable path where one might have doxysphinx executable is as below
C:\Users......\AppData\Roaming\Python\Python38\Scripts\doxysphinx.exe
