I simply removed the agent cache warmup on server start. It was causing some issues when hitlnext module was enabled without any user configured on the server.
This fixes the bug on surface and not the root cause of it.
This PRs requires a bit more testing but I'm lacking time right now.
I also changed some typings but that's no big deal as of now.
