Fixed incrementing the number of visits when the node details are retrieved. Tests are also updated accordingly.
Creating and Answering Question API Implementation
This commit includes the update of the general update request method to update collaboration request. Also seperate method is written for updating the review request.
Admin API to hide/unhide or ban/unban is implemented. Also missing teardown functions are added to test classes to fix errors. Question model is updated to include removed_by_admin boolean field.
