Several improvements for measure script

[bramstroker]

• Measurements ranges will now be inclusive. i.e. brightness will be taken up to 255.
• Color mode is selectable now when running the script
• Min and max mired values will be determined by looking at the Hue bridge information
• Option to generate model.json file. Will also measure standby usage
• Extend Readme with instructions how to run the script
