DolphiniOS No JIT Required

WARNING
Using DolphiniOS without JIT will be painfully slow even on the latest device. You can simply get JIT by using a Windows computer (https://github.com/fritzlb/iOS17-JIT-WIN)

If you have JIT don't use this build, it will still work fine, if you care about max performance use the JIT build

What's broken/needs to be fixed:
Vulkan backend (Colours are over saturated)
Touchscreen UI Auto Switch (Cannot switch from GC to Wii controls, you must disable the GC controller to have full Wii controller support or games that use the GC controller will be conflicted)

brand brought back OpenGLES and even updated the core to latest, he can't even add a simple slider. I give up, here's a hacky way to do it. I can't wait to add these hacks back in if I ever fix the default profile controls

You can change these values in EmulationiOSViewController.m in Line:274 Col:41 (1 = 100%, 0.5 = 50%)
