I realized that we still had a subpackage
modelfitting
that contained everything, probably left over from when the code was part ofbrian2tools
. This made things unnecessarily complicated, e.g. we had a module calledbrian2modelfitting.modelfitting.modelfitting
:) I removed this subpackage, e.g.brian2modelfitting.modelfitting.metric
is now simplybrian2modelfitting.metric
, I also renamed thebrian2modelfitting.modelfitting
module tobrian2modelfitting.fitter
, which seems a bit less redundant...
