The PRISM Repurposing data contains small molecule viability datasets generated using the Broad Repurposing Library and the PRISM multiplexed cell-line viability assay. Scripts in this repository are the ones used to process the raw data provided in https://www.depmap.org/repurposing and the figshare repository https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.11384241.v2.
