You can set the following environment variables
- HOST: Hostname of the server, defaults to 'localhost'
- PORT: Port on which to listen, defaults to '3000'
- NOPORT: set to anything if you don't want to show the listening port in the URLs
- PROTOCOL: either 'http' or 'https', defaults to 'https'
