- adapt for unicode filenames to be displayed in menu list
- removed trailing whitespaces
- added workaround to load unicode scripts via the short name
- used char(UTF8) to store config file on disk, due to issue with TCHAR, see https://www.codeproject.com/Articles/38242/Reading-UTF-with-C-streams
