install jmx

use https://github.com/jmxtrans/jmxtrans to install jmxtrans on your host

variables

please replace the following variables with your values or puppet references:

<jmx_port> = cassandra JMX-Port (cassandra-env.sh)
<username> = JMX username (cassandra-env.sh)
<password> = JMX password (cassandra-env.sh)
<graphite_host>:<graphite_port> = hostname or ip address with port from your graphite server
