Put up a documentation page

Put up a standalone page containing a description, demos, and basic documentation. I'd recommend these steps:

• Move the anchorjs code to the master branch
• Update .travis.yml to point to master
• Repurpose the index.html file as a test file (as described in Improve the continuous integration routine #24)
• Use the gh-pages branch for documentation only
• Show a series of stylizations of the anchorjs links, similar to these.
