Slowly reaching our Elmish simulant count goal of 10,000 per frame @ 60 FPS!

Also, gameplay and balance of OmniBlade continues to improve!

EDIT: I also implemented in-level warp gates to reduce backtracking in the Windows build (Linux build still in progress).
