Reenable exvcr and fixing http requests

This PR fixes the problem with the tests using the exvcr and encoding of url and body to requests.

exvcr:

• The docker image used in Azkfile.js not have the erlang-tools installed. This caused problems with the coverage of exvcr. Erro with Meck parroty/exvcr#24
• To prevent the exvcr store sensitive data in the request url. I made a change and PR so that sensitive data filter are also applied in the url of the request. While the PR merge is not done, I changed for the exvcr be installed from my fork. [filter] Filter sensitive data in request url parroty/exvcr#26

• Added methods to normalize and make the necessary encoding parameters and body.
