Fixes for error pages issue.

This release contains the fix for error page issue. Also more error HTML pages ready to use.

Reason for this sudden fix within hours of first stable release is that I called my friend to inform that I released the first stable version and it went as following:
Me: So I released v1.0.0 for gcv.
Friend: Good, so you updated the project and fixed the bugs I guess.
Me; Yeah, I pretty much fixed all the bugs I found. Also docs are updated.
Friend: Good. So I guess now the error pages will start working properly.
Me: What? O_O
Friend(Ex): The error pages. It was not working before. I told you, like, 3 months ago...
Me: Yeah, those... right... >_>

Anyway, let me know if you find any bugs. Create an issue and I will look into it.

GCV SPA Production Ready version

This release is fully functional. The website template is working well according to the tests I have run so far.
