I'm having an issue where I do a search for a tv show and then add it as a subscription it may or may not show up in my subs. If I go back and do another search it will show I'm subscribed. I've tried unsub/resub but that does not work either. I have tried clearing cache. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling 1Channel nothing works. Please help?!

Are you using local subs or playlist subs? I'll need a log of you adding the subscription and checking your subscriptions to help in any meaningful way.

I believe I'm using a playlist sub? I'm just playing the files from the net
from the subscription list?
Also how do I go about making a log and sending it to you?

Do you have website integration turned on and have you specified a subscription playlist id? If not then you are using local subscriptions.

Either way, I need that log to have any idea what the problem might be. Use the Kodi Log Uploader addon to send it to xbmclogs.com and then post a link here. Make sure the log includes an example of you adding a show to your subscription and then it not showing up.

I am using local subs. I uploaded the log and here is the url: Your debug
kodi.log: http://xbmclogs.com/puu30gsca
I looked at the log and it shows my subs in the log. In my Kodi under subs
"casualty" ,"game of thrones" , "jag" , and "orphan black" do not show.
If I do a search for them it shows them already subbed?

Check the slide out menu and see if you have hide watched turned on...If so, turn it off.
