This is a minor bug fix release with minor enhancements.
- Fixes a minor bug that caused some Taproot data, such as the Control Block index in the Segregated Witness, to be included in REST responses for non-Taproot transactions.
- Adds Block Version to the data included for blocks.
- Adds very basic cache control so that the cache can not grow to an unlimited size. Caching remains off by default and should still be considered experimental.
- Suppresses the printing to the screen of a misleading error message that only appears when entering a block hash into the web interface.
