Getting Started

Opening the Program:
You can start the Brain Wallet Generator either by running the executable file packaged by Dage, or by running the source code Brain.py (this method ensures that Python and all necessary dependencies are installed on your system).

Entering a Passphrase:
In the program's main window, you will find a field labeled "Passphrase / 脑口令:". Enter a secure and memorable passphrase in this field.

Generating the Wallet:
After entering the passphrase, click the "Generate Brain Wallet / 开始计算" button to generate your "one-dimensional wallet address".

The program will display several pieces of information, including the hexadecimal encoding, SHA-256 hash, BIP39 mnemonic words, private key, public key, P2PKH address, Bech32 private key, and Bech32 address.

Features
Hexadecimal Encoding: Displays the hexadecimal representation of your passphrase.

Advanced Features
Salting and Hash Nesting: Allows for the addition of salt to the passphrase during each hash operation—the salt string is added after the passphrase. Multiple nesting automatically adds salt with each hash.

Generate from Mnemonic:
If you have existing BIP39 mnemonic words, you can enter them directly into the "BIP39 Mnemonic Words" field and click the "Generate from mnemonic / 根据助记词生成" button to generate wallet details. (Convenient for managing individual derived addresses, helpful for custodial needs like hodling.)

QR codes are generated next to each piece of wallet information for easy sharing and recording.

Important Tips
Security: This tool is used to generate one-dimensional brain addresses. Please do not directly use the initial one-dimensional brain address to receive coins. Instead, use the advanced brain method, design your own brain rules, and protect your passphrase and brain rules. Please note: Your passphrase + brain rules, mnemonic words, and private keys should never be disclosed. Anyone who can access them can control your wallet.

Backup: It is recommended that at least one element of the brain passphrase and rules must be memorized by yourself and your family and not stored in the physical world. Other elements can be backed up in multiple locations.
