Move Boot.scala to liftweb subdir

so its location matches its package. Justification: It works either way but placing the source file in a directory that matches the package seems less confusing --particularly coming from Java--. Besides, it is closer to lift_basic so it is one fewer different thing to notice when learning lift.)
